A Personal Note - (TW - loss): My quiet return to coaching happened after a 5 year hiatus when my 2nd child was killed by a distracted driver in late 2016. While I will never tell you that bad things happen for a reason, I do believe that it's how we respond to those moments that determines everything. I share only skills and knowledge that have been tested and proven through my own journey.
